Right now the inbox doesnt show any new pages. The workflow is always "successfully started". But nothing appears in the inbox. What does the "every 4 hours" scheduled "openwfe" Thread? I also recognized that the index of th Expressions repository is at a size of 80 MB. This is much bigger then our "website" repo index. Is it possible that there is no cleanup in the workflow repository?
